Call for Entries: Shaghaf International Prinmaking Exchange 2018
Shaghaf is excited to announce our first Shaghaf International Printmaking Exchange.This open-theme exchange is accessible to student, novice, emerging and established printmakers worldwide and will build on the success of our 2017/18 exchange to engage as many artists in as many countries as possible!
Any print medium.
Paper Size: 8”x8” (20x20cm).
Edition Print: 20 prints.
Printed image size is open; please use Archival or Handmade paper.
Exchange Fee: 30$- United States Dollar. The Exchange Payment will be through PayPal using http://paypal.me/shaghafcatalogue
Exchange: A portfolio of 18 randomly selected prints will be mailed to each participant. Shaghaf will keep two prints from each edition submitted to the exchange for exhibitions and promotional purposes.
Edition Size: 20 identical hand-pulled, original prints, signed and numbered beginning at 1/20 through 20/20. Each print must be interleaved with 8”x8” (20x20cm) glassine or tissue. Variable editions and artist proofs will not be accepted.
